The room LACKED basic amenities. I saw no kettle or fridge, a NEGATIVE. The noise was another issue. I could hear constant gurgling from the pipes. It INTERFERED with my sleep before an early flight.

the location was perfect near piccadilly station just a short walk away. the bar area downstairs was relaxing and classy. the staff were supportive with additional requests. the room was comfortable.

people in the hallway also made noise. pipework somewhere inside kept clanking which irritated me.
